Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from New York, NY. Availability of products in not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. All shipments within the U.S. are sent via ups, unless you contact us prior to placing an order and request to use a different carrier. Signature is required however if you request no signature, Duo Nyc is not responsible in case of theft. If you require expedite shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you reside outside the U.S., please contact us via email to place your order. We will arrange to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail International and insure your package using a third party insurance. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Duo Nyc is not responsible for payment of this duty. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
In store purchases: Full price merchandise in saleable condition may be exchanged or receive store credit within 10 days of purchase. All items that are returned for an exchange or store credit must be unworn/unused, have their original packaging, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. All sale/clearance items are FINAL sale and not returnable, including any discounted items from promotional sales and/or coupon discount codes. All sales are final on jewelry, fragrances and clearance items. Custom orders are final sale. No refunds. No price adjustments. We do not hold unpaid merchandise. We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Online (Website and Instagram) purchases: Please email us for returns at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return approval. Full price merchandise in saleable condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase. All sales are FINAL on vintage, custom orders, jewelry, fragrances and clearance items. No price adjustments. We do not hold unpaid merchandise. Duo Nyc is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursements for international purchases, but if you live in New York, you can choose to come to our store for an exchange, store credit or refund. Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and insured for the full value. We hold the right to deny exchanges, store credit or refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Your return for online orders will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 14 days for your refund and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices may change without notice. New York State residents will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%). Orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duties fees assessed by your government – Duo NYC takes no responsibility for these charges.
